बता दे कि सिविल लाइन वार्ड 83N आने वाले MCD चुनावों में महिला सीट के लिए रिजर्व है जिसके लिए कई महिला कांग्रेस पार्टी के भावी उम्मीदवार के रूप में बढ़चढ़कर लोगो के बीच पहुंच रही हैं जिनमे से एक हैं गुलाब कोली, इस जन सभा के माध्यम से और लोगो के बीच जाकर गुलाब कोली काँग्रेस पार्टी की नीतियों एवं सिधान्तो को आम जनता तक पहुंचा रही है और उन्होंने काँग्रेस पार्टी के प्रति विस्वास को पुनः जागाने की कोशिश की है,
साथ ही इस जन सभा में इस एक बड़ा जन समूह देखने को मिला जिन्हे सम्बोधित करने के लिए मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में पहुंची कोंग्रेश की राष्ट्रिय प्रवक्ता और पूर्व विधायक अल्का लम्बा, अल्का लम्बा ने अपने सम्बोधन में अस्वाशन दिया की यदि काँग्रेस MCD में आती हैं तो क्षेत्र के विकास और महिला सशक्तिकरण पर ध्यान दिया जाएगा

Along with this, a large public group was seen in this public meeting, to whom the national spokesperson of Congress and former MLA Alka Lamba, Alka Lamba, who arrived as the chief guest, gave assurance in her address that if Congress comes to MCD. So the focus will be on the development of the area and women empowerment.
