EWS के अब 45 % बच्चों का एडमिशन हो सकेगा स्कूल में-
जी हां अब हाईकोर्ट ने कह दिया कि 25 फ़ीसदी के अलावा 20 फ़ीसदी और बच्चो को ews कैटेगरी में एडमिशन दिया जाना चाहिए
बतादे ये आदेश दिया है
जस्टिस नजमी वजीरी और विकास महाजन की पीठ ने, साथ दिल्ली सरकार को भी इस आदेश को दिल्ली में जल्द से जल्द इसे लागू करने की लिए बोला है
आपको बता देते है क्यों, प्राइवेट स्कूलों को 25 % ews छात्रों को देना पड़ता था दाखिला
प्राइवेट स्कूलों के नाम पर सरकारी जमीन को स्कूल के मालिकों को बहुत कम दाम में दिया जाता है जिसकी वजह से ews को अड्मिशन मिलता है
अब तक हर क्लास में 25 % ews बच्चे होना अनिवार्य शर्त थी लेकिंन अब इसे इस 31 मई 22 से 25 की जगह 45 प्रतिशत कर दिया गया है
मसला ये था की हाईकोर्ट में NGO “जस्टिस फॉर आल” द्वारा एक जनहित याचिका दाखिल की गई थी जिसमे कहा गया था की निजी स्कूलों में ews के छात्रों को निरधारित सीटों पर भी एडमिशन नहीं दिया जा रहा है, साथ ही ews की श्रेणी में नंबर आने के बाबजूद भी दाखिला देने में आनाकानी की जा रही है जिसके ऐवज में ये फैसला आया की अब 25 की जगह 45 फ़ीसदी क्लास की कुल सीटों की संख्या के आधार पर दाखिले दिए जाने चाहिए
साथ ही 132 निजी स्कूलों को नोटिस भी दिया गया है इन स्कूलों ने ews में एडमिशन देने के नियमो की अनदेखी की थी
साथ ही लोगों का एक तबका ऐसा भी है जिन्हे डर रहता है कि यदि हमारे बच्चे EWS से पढ़ेंगे तो स्कूल के अध्यापक और अन्य साथी बच्चे जो जनरल सीट से एडमिशन लेकर आये है उन्हें बुरी नजर दे देखेगे और ये डर बहुत हद तक ठीक भी है क्योकि जो बड़ी मुश्किल से एडमिशन देते है वो कहाँ उन्हें इज्जत की नजर से देखते होंगे। डर तो ये भी रहता की ऐसे बच्चो के साथ कोई पक्ष पात तो नहीं किया जाता क्योंकि ews का मतलब है माता पिता गरीब और कम पढ़े लिखे होंगे
बाते बहुत हो सकती है क्योकि पानी में रहकर मगरमक्छ से बैर नहीं किया जासकता है पर ये भारत है यंहा राम भरोशे बहुत सी चीजें चलती है ये भी चल रहा है
खैर राहत की बात ये है कि स्कूलों में अब एडमिशन 25 की जगह 45 फ़ीसदी होगें है
अब बॉल हाईकोर्ट ने दिल्ली सरकार के हाथ में देदी है और कहा है इस नियम को जल्दी से लागू करो
अब ऐसे में सवाल ये उठता है की जो ड्रॉ निजी स्कूलों में 26 अप्रैल हो चूका है उसका क्या होगा उस पर ये नियम कैसे लागु होंगे जबकि कई शिकयतें आई है की 26 अप्रैल वाले ड्रॉ में नंबर आने के बाबजूद भी अभीतक एडमिशन नहीं मिलपाये है
और दूसरा सवाल है की दिल्ली सरकार तो खुद चाहती है की निजी स्कूल की वजाय बच्चे सरकारी स्कूलों में एडमिशन लें

The issue was that a public interest litigation was filed in the High Court by the NGO “Justice for All”, in which it was said that the students of ews in private schools are not being given admission even in the prescribed seats, as well as the number in the category of ews. Despite coming, there is a refusal to give admission, in return for which it was decided that instead of 25, 45% of the total number of seats in the class should be given admission.
Along with this, notice has also been given to 132 private schools, these schools had ignored the rules of giving admission in ews.
At the same time, there is also a section of people who are afraid that if our children study from EWS, then the school teachers and other fellow children who have brought admission from the general seat will see them with evil eyes and this fear is also quite right. Because those who give admission with great difficulty, where would they look at them with respect. There is also the fear that no favor is done with such children because ews means the parents must be poor and less educated.

Well, it is a matter of relief that now the admission in schools will be 45 percent instead of 25.
Now the High Court has given the ball in the hands of the Delhi Government and has said to implement this rule quickly.
Now in such a situation, the question arises that what will happen to the draw which has been held in private schools on April 26, how will these rules be applied, while there have been many complaints that even after getting the number in the draw on April 26, still admission has not been received.
